Day 8: Großheubach to Rot am See – Hearts singing and legs screaming.

Today’s journey from Großheubach to Rot am See introduced us to the challenging hills of the region as we start to climb towards Munich. The climbs tested our endurance and determination, but the stunning views made every effort worthwhile ish.
Navigating the rolling terrain was a reminder of the resilience required for our Journey to Zero. Each ascent brought a sense of accomplishment and further strengthened our commitment to promoting our journey to zero. A few ‘Dekker detours’ took us over a couple more unnecessary hills and added a further 5km to our day. Frank Dekker swears it was on his map but I remain unconvinced!
Jonathan Dodd did a great job in his first day of supporting us.
Arriving in Rot am See, tired but proud, we reflected on the progress we've made and the challenges ahead. Every day brings us closer to Munich and seeing our friends at Intersolar.
Thank you for following and supporting us.
